ROSS A. PIERCE

Ross has been advising clients on all manner of complex commercial transactions for more than three decades practicing in Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. In addition to his significant experience in private practice, he has acted as Vice President and General Counsel of a regional enterprise, as director of a publicly traded enterprise as well as his current senior executive roles in various commercial interests. This expertise provides a broad business perspective when assisting clients achieve their commercial objectives.
Ross holds a Commerce degree (with Distinction) from Mt. Allison University and an L.L.B. from the University of New Brunswick where he was a Beaverbrook Scholar in Law. He is a member of the New Brunswick Law Society, the Law Society of Alberta, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, and various subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.

Brenda is a seasoned corporate, commercial property and litigation paralegal with more than three decades experience involved in all aspects of commercial transactions. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the importance of efficient document generation and file management as well as acting as an invaluable resource on various matters to our clients.
Brenda’s past experience as controller in the transportation industry as well as acting as senior administrator of litigation and enforcement procedures for a national lending program provides a practical, results-oriented focus in delivering professional services.
